By registering for any Magnolia The Nature Club workshop, class, or event, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in Magnolia activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Exposure to outdoor elements such as sun, rain, insects, and uneven or natural terrain
Physical activity, including walking, bending, lifting, and sitting on the ground or picnic blankets
Use of tools, craft materials, or natural objects, which may include a minor risk of cuts, scrapes, or allergic reactions
Interaction with plants, herbs, and natural materials, which may cause irritation or allergic responses
By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
2. Participant Responsibilities
All participants and guardians agree to:
Be kind and respectful — we’re all here to learn, create, and have fun together.
Celebrate inclusivity — Magnolia welcomes participants of all backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives.
Listen to the instructions to help you have fun and stay safe.
Dress for the adventure! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor, nature-based activities.
Keep an eye on your little explorers at all times, unless the activity notes otherwise.
Let us know about any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before the workshop so we can make the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.
3. Liability Waiver
Magnolia The Nature Club, instructor, and volunteers are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of personal property that may occur during or as a result of participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Participants acknowledge that while Magnolia maintains general liability coverage, participants are responsible for their own medical care and insurance.
4. Behavior & Safety Standards
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all:
We ask that all participants follow the safety guidelines shared during each workshop—this helps everyone have a fun and safe experience.
For everyone’s well-being, unsafe behavior may require removal from the activity.
Magnolia may need to adjust activities or cancel a workshop due to weather, safety, or unexpected circumstances—we’ll always keep you informed and do our best to make it right.
5. Photography & Media Consent
By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded for Magnolia The Nature Club promotional, educational, or social media purposes, unless you specifically opt out at the time of registration.
7. Privacy Personal
Information collected for registration or newsletters is used solely to facilitate communication and program participation.
Magnolia does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
Magnolia The Nature Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Participants are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates.
6. Acknowledgment
By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these safety and liability terms.
